The spaces we clear

• Basements — the default storage space in most Toronto houses, and the hardest one to empty
• Garages — usually full of paint tins, old tools, tires, bikes and things that were going to be fixed
• Attics and crawlspaces — awkward access, poor light, decades of boxes
• Sheds — including taking the shed itself down if it’s gone
• Whole properties — estate clearances, downsizing moves and pre-sale clearouts

How a cleanout day actually runs

We walk the space with you first and agree three piles: what stays, what might be worth donating, and what’s going. Then we work through it. You don’t need to pre-sort anything before we arrive — sorting is the part people get stuck on, and it’s easier with someone else carrying the boxes.

If you want to be there for every decision, be there. If you’d rather tell us “everything on that side of the room goes” and leave us to it, that works too.

Estate and downsizing clearances

These are rarely just a logistics job. If we’re clearing a parent’s house, we go at whatever pace you need, we set aside anything that looks personal rather than binning it, and we don’t rush you through a room. Say so when you book and we’ll allow the extra time.
